03. Dimensions
The basic length is 2 m. Depending on the order, gratings can be produced at different lengths. The basic heights are 1 m, 1.20 m, 1.50 m. Depending on the order, gratings can be produced at different heights.
Fencing with gratings is easy and quick (screwed construction) and in case of partial damage, the damaged grating can easily be replaced. The gratings above the upper flat bar can bear 1 or more barbed wires, or alternatively can bear razor wire.

05. Quality
- The size of the vertical flat bars is 25 x 3 mm
- The size of the two horizontal flat bars (first and last horizontal flat bar) which connect to the two posts, is 25 x 5 mm
- The material of the two posts is flat bar with size 60 x 8 mm, suitable to be welded with the base plate or suitable to be embedded inside cement
- The size of the base plates below the posts is 100 x 100 x 8 mm
- The diameter of the horizontal wires is 5.8 mm or 6.0 mm
- After the grating is being collated with the a/m materials, then it is immersed inside zinc bath and is galvanized according to ISO 1461
- Alternatively, the grating is being collated with the a/m materials, then it is immersed inside zinc bath and is galvanized according to ISO 1461 and then it is painted with wet airless coating or powder coating in any RAL colour
